Buy a habit, not a tool.
Training, policy, and measurement framework so that legal and business teams actually use new tools: an adoption programme from pilots to rollout.
The real risk in projects: non-adoption
In legal tech projects, the number one cause of failure is not technology but adoption: licences left on the shelf, teams reverting to the old way, workarounds that begin as an “exception” and become the rule. Training and adoption are not the project’s ornament but its insurance.

The structure of the programme
Role-based training
with separate scenarios for lawyers, HR, sales, and finance — everyone sees their own work in the tool.
Policy set
which operations are mandatory in the tool, which data may not be entered (KVKK/GDPR limits), human-approval thresholds for AI output.
Champion network
a super-user in every unit; questions are resolved internally first.
Pilot → rollout → measurement
We start with a small, demonstrable pilot; usage data (active users, cycle time, workaround rate) is monitored weekly; the rollout is built on the pilot’s evidence. The details of the 90-day plan are in our roadmap.
Training is a compliance obligation
Training is not only a productivity lever; it is evidence the law asks for. Article 4 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act has required companies using AI to ensure adequate "AI literacy" since 2025; KVKK and GDPR treat staff awareness as part of technical and organisational security measures. On the day of an audit or an incident the question is concrete: was the team trained, when, and with what content? Every session in the programme is therefore recorded; attendance, content and measurement results live in a single file. Where the tool is used by a legal team, professional secrecy and client confidentiality limits are the first chapter of the curriculum.
Who engages us, and what you receive
Typical users: legal departments rolling out contract automation or AI tools, companies migrating to a CLM platform, and groups extending the tool beyond legal to the whole organisation.
Deliverables: role-based curricula and training materials, a usage-policy set, a champion-network handbook, a measurement dashboard template and a six-month refresher calendar. For tools with an AI component, the programme runs in the same file as your AI compliance and governance framework.

No — you need a module embedded in new-hire onboarding, quarterly refreshers, and micro-trainings with each version update. Habits are built through repetition.
Show gains before mandates: start with a scenario that automates the task they hate most. Adding a senior name to the champion network changes the balance.
The trio of active usage rate, number of out-of-tool exceptions, and process cycle time is sufficient — and more honest than a survey.
