Biography
Sven Köksal works in legal engineering, Legal Tech, legal operations and business development at Köksal Attorney Partnership and Köksal Consulting. He combines legal requirements with software architecture, data structures, automation and artificial intelligence to build practical systems for legal teams and companies.
A significant part of his work concerns human-rights and environmental due diligence, ESG, supply-chain risk management, and grievance and whistleblowing mechanisms. He develops policies, processes, training and technology solutions in the context of LkSG, CSDDD, CSRD/ESRS, EUDR, data protection and the EU AI Act. He founded WhiteBox as a digital grievance redress management system for supply chains and has led its legal design, software and database architecture, development team and go-to-market work.
As Administrative Director of Köksal Academy, he develops HREDD and supply-chain due-diligence curricula and implemented a SCORM-compliant learning management system with a corporate compliance-tracking module. He manages Responsible Business Forum Türkiye on behalf of Köksal Attorney Partnership. Through Enroot Ventures, he builds technology ventures in Legal Tech, AI, digital transformation and regulated markets.
Köksal completed his LL.B. at Humboldt University of Berlin with a focus on Law and Digital Transformation. In projects spanning Türkiye, Germany and Europe, he brings together legal analysis, technology, product development and commercial strategy. He works in Turkish, German and English.
