The Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin is the public-law bar to which lawyers in Berlin belong. It admits lawyers to the profession, maintains the registers of lawyers and mediators, supervises compliance with professional rules through its own disciplinary court, and provides continuing professional education.
Köksal’s founding and managing partner, Prof. Dr. iur. Mehmet Köksal, is registered with the Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin as a Turkish lawyer (§ 206 BRAO): he advises in Germany, in German, on Turkish law and on public international law. Matters of German law, and representation before the German courts, are carried by our partner firm activelaw in Germany. Questions that concern both Türkiye and Germany can therefore be addressed in line with the professional rules of each country.
