Your application should include information sufficient for us to verify your identity, the subject of your request, and the channel through which you wish to receive a response. Requests are concluded within the statutory period.
This document explains the application method and assessment process for exercising data subject rights.
Your rights under the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law)
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- To request its deletion or destruction,
- To object to the processing and to claim compensation if damage has arisen.
Application channels
You may submit your applications via secure electronic signature, registered e-mail, written application, or the e-mail address previously registered in our system. Identity verification is carried out to ensure your request is verifiable.
Response time and method
Applications are concluded as soon as possible depending on their nature and within the statutory period at the latest. The response is sent to the channel you specified in your request or to a secure communication channel deemed appropriate.
Identity verification
For reasons of data security, confirmation is requested that the applicant is the data subject or an authorised representative.
Information the application must contain
Full name, contact address, the subject of the request and, if any, documents supporting the application help the application to be assessed more quickly.
For applications under the KVKK, Turkish law additionally requires your Turkish national ID number (T.C. Kimlik) — for foreign nationals, your nationality and passport details — under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. For requests under the GDPR, which you may send to [email protected], no official identity number is required; we ask for additional information about your identity only where there are reasonable doubts about it (Article 12(6) GDPR).
