Yes. For the agreements you use most often, such as sales, services, supply, confidentiality and distance-selling contracts, we prepare company-specific templates with plain-language completion guides. Each template is built on the Code of Obligations (TBK, Law 6098) and, for commercial transactions, the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK, Law 6102), carrying the clauses your business actually needs — scope, price and payment, liability, termination, governing law and dispute resolution. The drafting stays inside the limits the Code of Obligations places on general terms and conditions, so that clauses which would be one-sided — and therefore unenforceable against the other side — never enter the template in the first place. Where a text faces consumers, the consumer legislation is written into it as well. Where a template handles personal data, we align the confidentiality and data-processing wording with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law 6698). Well-drafted templates let your team proceed on routine transactions without commissioning a bespoke contract each time, while keeping legal review focused on the non-standard or higher-value deals. We can also set simple rules for when a template must be escalated.
