Short answer

Fees are determined on an hourly, fixed or monthly basis, according to the nature, scope and urgency of the matter, the level of risk and the expected team effort.

Fee models

A fixed fee may be used for project-based work, an hourly rate for matters with variable scope, and a monthly retainer for ongoing advisory. For legal services in Türkiye, the relevant bar association minimum fee tariffs are taken into account.

Out-of-scope work

If new work or risk arises outside the scope defined at the outset, you are separately informed before we proceed. This approach reduces surprise costs and makes matter management predictable.

Confidentiality from the outset

From the first contact onward, the information you share is handled within the framework of professional confidentiality and data protection principles.

Shall we apply this to your situation?

Share your specific need in a few sentences, and we will assess it with the right team.
