Partner Lawyer
We would like to speak with experienced lawyers who wish to grow under the Köksal umbrella with their own client portfolio, develop our cross-border practice areas, and lead teams.
About the Position
The Partner Lawyer role is intended for experienced lawyers who wish to grow their technical expertise and client relationships through Köksal's international platform, multilingual team, and institutional standard of work. The role combines responsibility for matter management, team leadership, business development, and professional quality.
Responsibilities
- Integrating your own client portfolio and new business opportunities into the Köksal working standard
- Managing national and cross-border advisory, transactional and dispute matters at partner level
- Mentoring junior lawyers and trainees and carrying out matter quality control
- Contributing to international business development together with the GGI network, the Germany Desk and sector teams
- Complying with partnership policies on conflicts of interest, confidentiality, fee arrangements and client-intake processes
Qualifications We're Looking For
- Being a law-school graduate and holding a valid bar license
- At least 8 years of qualified experience in the relevant practice area
- A portable client portfolio consisting of at least 3 active clients
- Advanced command of Turkish and English; German is a strong advantage
- Proven maturity in client relationships, team management and business development
- High professional ethics, confidentiality and alignment with the partnership culture
